Take the stress out of sleep so you can enjoy life more

No BS sleep support that doesn’t use any sleep training methods.

Putting the connection back in sleep

We live in a society that is obsessed with infant sleep. Sleep training culture is LOUD and dare I say it, full of contradictions, lack of evidence-based information and overall absolute BS.

We are told repetitively within social media, from generations before us and from societal pressure that responding to our babies is “wrong” when it comes to sleep.

Psssst, when you understand attachment science it doesn’t make sense to promote ignoring our babies for 50% of a 24-hour period (just because it is dark).

Another kicker that sleep training culture promotes is the idea that the sleep of an infant is reflective of our parenting abilities. Excuse my french, but fuck that noise. I am NOT here for that. Just in case you missed my point there, how your baby sleeps is not an indication of your parenting abilities, I’ll say it again for those in the back HOW YOUR BABY SLEEPS IS NOT A REFLECTION OF YOUR PARENTING ABILITY. You are doing an incredible job.

I am here to help support families FEEL MORE RESTED and all without using sleep training strategies or techniques. I know, crazy cool right?

I’ll be frank. I don’t roll sleep training techniques in glitter and call them “gentle”. I don’t use any “sleep training” techniques at all. And yes, you can still see shifts in sleep without letting your child scream the house down alone for hours on end.

I am realistic and upfront about what is normal when it comes to infant sleep and in doing so I am realistic about getting families sleep in a way that suits their unique needs.

No cookie cutter multi-level marketing scheme shit going on here.

If you are after wholesome, realistic sleep support that puts you first as a family, I’m ya gal. If you find this chunk of text a bit obnoxious, too sweary and a but crass, I am NOT ya gal.

Sleep is biological. We can’t make a baby sleep if there is not a biological need for them to sleep.

So let’s get you understanding the biology so you can make sleep work better!

“Figuring out what sleep a baby actually needs, and how that looks when it is specifically tailored for them is incredibly empowering for parents”
