I know, I have been there, however, after applying holistic sleep principals to sleep, our lives changed, for the better, as it has for many other families, across many different areas of parenting, including sleep. 01 — Establishing what you need support with

Listening to what a family needs is key. I am focused on getting you what you need, more often than not, it is parents setting up sleep in a way that makes it more sustainable for them as a family. This includes but is not limited to sleep rhythms, bedtime routines, sleep architecture, balancing sleep pressure, motor development support and much more.

02 — Realistic expectations

Every baby is different. Every baby has a different temperament, different sleep needs, and different family environments. The aim of the game is to create a more sustainable sleep picture for your family that is individual to your family. None of that cookie-cutter routines and sleep-training BS here.

03 — Time

It takes time to establish what your child’s needs are and establish a sleep rhythm that is optimal for your family. This is what I gift my families. TIME. Time working with me to be able to figure out what the best set-up is for you and your family and ongoing support where needed. I’ll be honest, I don’t have a magic wand or a “fast fix” option for sleep, parents need to know this, because that is why I have set my packages up the way I have. Working with me is an investment into your family’s overall well-being. I am here to guide, educate and empower. To figure out what will and won’t work for your family.

04 — Education rather than dictation

Telling all parents to follow X routine and timings for a particular age child takes the power away from parents. It means that later on down the track, when sleep changes again (because that is what sleep does for the first 3ish years of life), then parents are lost and need a new plan to follow. My aim is to educate parents so they have strategies to figure out what their child(ren) need as they grow and their sleep needs change. This EMPOWERS parents. This means parents don’t need to feel lost with sleep anymore. This means parents can feel relaxed, confident and sure about sleep for their little one and their family.
